What we collect

Name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and country, together with the content of your enquiry and, for technical reasons, the IP address and timestamp of the form submission.

Why

To answer your enquiry and send quotations, technical and safety data sheets and samples; to process orders, shipping, customs and accounting; and to manage the customer relationship. Marketing e-mails are sent only where you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing

With logistics providers, customs brokers, our accountants and auditors, our e-mail and hosting providers, and public authorities where legally required. Where our providers host data outside Türkiye, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by Article 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries for two years from last contact; customer records for ten years after the relationship ends, as required by Turkish commercial and tax law; marketing contacts until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You may ask whether we hold data about you, request information, correction, deletion or destruction, object to automated decisions, and claim compensation for unlawful processing — under Article 11 of the Turkish Data Protection Law and, where it applies to you, under the GDPR.
